All Sales Final
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have made an error in processing your order (for example, you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Exceptions: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Eligibility: If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
How to Report: Email us at wholesale@croissant.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or error.
Resolution: Once we verify the problem, we will either send you a replacement at our expense or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.
What We Do Not Accept
Returns or exchanges for any reason other than our error
Returns of items that have been worn, used, or altered
Returns of items without prior approval and a return authorization
